OUR STORY
A Little About Me
After the birth of my 3rd child in 2017 I struggled with returning to work outside the home and separating from my children. I searched for a childcare program that felt like a second home. A place they felt safe, loved, and free to discover a love of learning and a sense of self. Ultimately, I decided I would build one myself. Since then I've created a second home for many children. Some who've come for a short time, and some I've watched grow to school age. Each little person has taught me just as much as I've taught them.
At Nelly's Nest Early Learning Home I believe children learn best when they are exposed to different environments and various learning experiences. When allowed to explore their self-awareness children gain a sense of the world around them. When children leave this program, they’re well prepared for the next stage of their young lives. As a participant in QUALITYstarsNY, I continually strive to ensure my program meets the highest standard of care.

Keeping up with the needs of families
COMMUNICATION
It's hard being away from your little one. Brightwheel makes it a little bit easier. Download this application on your smart phone to securely send messages, check your child in and out of care, view photos, videos, developmental milestones and more!
MEALS
Fresh, delicious, home cooked meals are prepared daily and included in your child's tuition.  Once introduced to new foods at home, I work closely with infants and families to support this important developmental milestone for your child. (Infant formula not provided)
CURRICULUM
Your child's brain is growing at it's fastest rate in the first 3 years of life! Capitalizing on their inquisitive nature and guiding them through challenges is my approach to getting your child ready for his next step. I use the Creative Curriculum specifically for Family Childcare Providers.

2 to 3 years: $385
